A.L.C. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of the original ship date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
